I’m like a sailing ship, sinking deep, in the depths of your melancholic seas.

The sirens sing to your heart bleeding; couldn’t tear my eyes away when you are hurting.

Waiting for you to smile again,
like the rising of the sun;
it was then that I knew I have left my heart to sail, one more time.

I am sinking,
In a ocean so big,
Nobody will find me,
An ocean so deep,
My only friend is the dark,
I can't tell you,
I know you love me enough to rescue me,
But you can't,
Without sinking like me.
I am fine,
Until the darkness swallows me whole.
If you're sinking please contact me, I want to help.

Words sink
Like rocks
They weigh me down
Like guilt

I’m stuck
Sinking
Drowning

Can anybody hear me?

The truth is heavy
But sometimes
I must lift up weights
To be strong
Once again

Sinking,
       the drifting ceiling of blue and grey light
illuminating the ride.

Suffocating,
       grasping for something, anything,

A light in the dark,
       the eternal fading,
the last residuals of the cold falling away,

And then the transitory returns.
       The golden sun, wind kissed waves,
and a weather beaten hand catching yours,
       a call, joyful, echoed the gull high above,
as safety brings the glow of liberty.
Piece of advice:
wear a life jacket whenver you even see a body of water...

Fragmented reflections sail
on a  lagoon of festering
                     manifestations.
Never sinking beneath deliberation.

Soiled purity never stays authentic,
               hollow symptoms linger
on putridly floating
                                   reflections.

With or without

Sitting on the edge, looking for a way out;
But there is no way to escape the darkness that exists inside a head.
Not saying a word when all you want to do is shout!
You have already purchased a wreath for your six foot bed.

Tried to make a change, but we are all stuck in the same rut;
Nothing will ever change for those who choose to give up.
The silence is deafening in this void we call a life.
No contact with another human being,
So nobody can trick us with their lies.

Alone and unhappy we sink beneath the surface;
Down and deeper we are forever falling.
Deeper, down, so no hope for us to make a wish with.
With or without me, what would you be left thinking?

Nothing makes my heart sink
Faster to the bottom of this chest called ocean
Than a clueless defiance
A disregard for the most basic
The most respectful quiet
Shut your mouth, it overfloweth.
