Kiss me like the moonlit stars, reflect and reach the Everglades, and embue with blue like the Sunday shade. Cool, crisp, refreshing, and new.

Don't cut my leaves and curb my bite, to melt me into pasty walls of glowing white. Which will only hold the captured light of the sun which shines to rise.

Don't let me fall without a trace. To meet my end in the shallowing streams of fading grey, where I could never dream of meeting thee, with such a wave.

But take my greeting in from rooftops as a simple sign of life to stay, and fall like stars of burning Orr if you must. Frozen until crashing down, only catch me along the way.
Unknown till heard. The best is when it flows.

I've been scolded for using the word 'love' too often
throwing it away, as if it had to be secured for romantic encounters or within a length of time
like it might become tired or meaningless
but what if I am so full of love I can't help but overflow with it?
what if I've known platonic love, tender love, fervent love?

so I'll say 'I love you', only when I mean it
and I hope my abundance of it never runs dry
I hope it flows out of me effortlessly, because there will never be such thing as loving too much

Her wings should have sprouted
By now
Her tongue should have grown
Around her neck
Like a nuse camouflaged
To her chest

The mirrors in time
Cake over mine
As I lose all
Awareness
Into the dark

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust) - 79

BismillahIr RahmanIr Raheem

Wisely let your curiosity flow like a flowing river,
Towards the superior wisdom of the mighty ocean.

The mighty ocean naturally obtains a deep divine knowledge,
Before you undoubtedly reach to your divine knowledge.

Gently let your egos desire and sins extinct with the flowing river,
As a prompt result you can outreach the mighty ocean as holier than thou!

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust)
She had a love in her heart
And never let it go
Even when it led her astray
And every night, she lay alone and pondered
Asking questions to the midnight sky, and receiving moonbeams for answers.
Her nightgown fluttered in the dark room like the wings of a butterfly or moth
Her eyes gleamed in the night, like moonbeams of Heavenly design
Her hair is strands of silver silk woven by a goddesses loom
Her face as pale as the face of the moon
Her feet are bare and she treads with an airy float
And she dances
A magnificent flowing whirl
Entrancing all those who see her, a Heavenly girl,
The woman in the moon
The inquirer of the gods
And her wings flutter softly in the spotlight the moon's rays have created for her
And she flutters back home.

The people below watch the iridescent butterfly take flight, and they think to themselves "What a lovely night it is!"
