I am always in awe
of the constant motion of the world

the wind flows over everything and everyone,
sweeping locks of hair out of place
and swirling leaves into the air

the oceans and the seas flow over the sandy floors and ocean rocks,
crashing and ebbing again and again

plants and foliage flow over the earth,
over old abandoned things,
over forests and islands unexplored

and life flows.

life flows in the eye of your baby sister,
in the steam of a hot meal,
in your legs as you run toward someone you miss,
in a song so familiar you don't have to think.

it flows in the conversation between old friends,
in a puppy playing in the snow,
in the shaky hands holding an acceptance letter,
in the voice of someone you love.

and it flows through you. no matter what.

Eat
1 2 3
Seeds from fruit trees

Love
I've missed you
My cherished one

Soon
You will be
With us again

Cold
Is the earth
Beneath soft snow

But
Way down here
The embers glow

Warm
Are we, beloved
Feelings freely flowing

Waves
Crashing into rocks
Passionate and fierce

Eat

I eat my rice with birds and mice
I treat my nice with turds and lice
I drink my wine with pigs and swine
I write my words with prose and rhyme
I swing my club with strength and pride
I take my steps with prance and stride

I show you all now what's inside
These words I trust; I will abide.

How did you end up
flowing in my veins?
I breathe you
with every second that passes
and I cry with tears
that taste like you.

Pathetic,
right?

I should make myself
a tea
and calm down...
as if this could
heal me...

How can you heal
with an ordinary tea,
a chronic problem?

Doctor,
give me
ten boxes of aspirin.

we
have
to
overcome
the
cold

I feel like water
Transparent
Fluid
I can’t commit to your mold
I can drown out your eyes
Roll down and salt your tongue
Drip on your chest
Smear against your lips
but try to contain me
Tip me over and I’ll spill
Tick me off and I’ll boil over
Walk away and I will freeze
I want a color
A flavor
A shape
I want to be distinct
But all I can do is flow
Gravity pulls me where it wants
And it’s out of my control

I look over and see the rolling hills

They stretch long like your smile

I glance up and see the radiant sun

It shines like your eyes

I peer down into the pond

it is flowing and soothing like your voice

You are here with me

You are my mother nature
A poem written by a friend who wanted me to post it on my page.
I have got a language
the language I speak in
the language I understand more
the language that I do not understand
the language people like
the language people do not like

There is a voice that comforts
that makes people move
that makes statutes move
that shakes the world more.

You need to learn it
to understand it better
but you even do not need to learn it
because you are born with it.

I may not be rich
I may not be skillful
Also, I know I am not that good

The vain hunted my heart
the sorrow was my breakfast
I cried in my bedsheets
people called me coward
I was an awkward in front of everyone

I have got a love
Now I have fallen in love
I have got someone
someone that hears me
someone that heals me
someone that knows my everything
someone I tell my secrets

I also understand hers merely
she gives me a good life.
She gave me life.

Poetry gave me life
It brought me back to life
Poetry understands my everything
Poetry is my love
Poetry is mu crush

Words are
Nothing more
Than empty air
Flowing in the wind
From mouth to ear.
