They first appear
With two clicks of my lamp
I invite the darkness seeping from my windows
Covered in a lazy blanket
I lay on my side, watching the lifeless room
Restless, but all the same exhausted

From the ***** laundry and the memories I keep
One stares harmlessly
My lungs began screaming and wheezing
My heart and brain nearly fried
My muscles frozen in sweat

One easily becomes many
Soon, every corner of my room glares back at me
I press my eyes close and pray for sleep
But their hot breath runs down my neck
And peels my eyelids apart, squeezing my chest
Forcing out a stuttering sigh
I have no choice

Click click
My lamp peirces through each monster
Until I can fight them on my own
Sorry it's been a while...

Sinking in my bed I feel rooted like the majestic oak,
I Stare at the the ocean in my ceiling as it dances for me,
Its night but the sun glistens off the golden waves,
Laughter peirces my ears and in this moment I know happiness.

A pretty little smile,
To cover all
The self hatred inside.
You won't see behind my mask.
I won't tell a soul,
Don't say a word
Hush Hush
Because I can't trust
You.
No I won't.
I'll lock myself away.
Not a word that I will say.
SMILING! SMILING!
They're all around.
They're smiling!
My friends...
Whisper cruel words
Like snakes.
Their venom peirces my heart.
Red liquid fills my safe.
But still...
There's a smile
On my face.
The laughter Burns my throat
The Lonely eats my soul
The hate chills my heart
Oh all the smiles all around
Spitting false words of friendships
The snakes surround.
So no...
I won't let you in.
I will shrivil
And DIE.
On the inside
Ill be free from pain
With pain
Caused by me.
This blade I stain,
Is my serenity
But it's killing me.
There's SMILES ALL AROUND!
EVEN
AS
I DROWN!
What did you DO TO ME?!?!
My blood is choking me!
Red liquid fills my safe
Where I should BE SAFE
I'M DROWNING IN THIS
                    RED!
I'm drowning in
THE BLOOD I
                 BLED.
But still...
          With a pretty
                 SMILE
To
               Hide
My
               Pain
Pain I can't function straight anymore, .I'm afraid of everyone I hear them talking everywhere taunting laughing SMILING.  Why did it have to end up like this why me? I don't know how to deal with this. To deal with their betrayal. Here's to hoping poetry can be my light. To bring me out of the hole I've dropped myself in.

Whose ***** is she,
someone stands on the corner,
influencing the planets with her sign
did **** take a hit?

pain. take care
sweet heart
deliver to me inside me hurts

The names of plants are plenty -
incant and hope in chemicals
the ground to rise or give up.

Messages are soon delivered on trains
We are the World
her horrible tragedy is over,
And what minerals selling
points to the plot,
In comedy.

The scene photograph
peirces me in these pictures
wheels white and soundless
A good show in goldleaf
, and know little else-
for i am alone in her theater
without her,
Just me and my pipe,
now, simply existing;
a heaven on earths i do not care for.

Time in Doses too little
Love my libel on his word,
just asked in my bible.

I'll be someone's lesser,
now, firmly believe in pain
wandering begger
and blindly pulling off
all that I've gathered inside
A hypodermic needle.

So long ago and far away
to the frosty night
I traveled on that pipe
so far to or from
When it will begin

carry a tune,
caligraphy,
darned socks
we're all aboard and
A Northern wind
Spirit gifts us.

Horrors
were just time spent quilting
A train pulses
its pillow smoke
as she hushs the neighbors to sleep
along the tracks
Erased the last few yards.

her beautifully closed eyelids
meets next to each stop
Steam rises up to my nostrils
as pulsing dreams
I was
Loved once in traveling
in those pillows that gather up on the down thrusts.

We are the world as theives
to old pipers music,
notes inside the body
of these discordant tunes.
