nature is a wonder with lots of things to see
lots of natures art that we can view for free
many different flowers with colors by the score
growing everywhere along the forest floor

lots of different birds singing in the trees
singing loud and clear in the summer breeze
lots of little creatures rabbits squirrels to
there are many more in mothers natures zoo

the wonders of life there for all to see
the miracle of nature that we can view for free
The best advice that I have
Is that it's best you don't look back
Keep sharp both your heart and mind
On the path that's straight ahead

Do not waste your precious time
Wobbling from side to side
If you always do what's right
Things will go good in your life

These lips are here for you to read
Won't you please pay me heed
A promise here for you to keep
You from wandering in too deep

Keeping both your heart and mind
On the sign of the times
Telling you what lays ahead
If you do your best and don't look back

when your life is four walls and a garden
practising the stability it affords
- gives you untethered freedom.
Morse Code
or no code at all

life is noise

and no one tells you
what and what not to listen to

right now the sun's rays
are piercing

the gray fluff of a former
Nimbus cloud
A word painting with a straight forward message.

Time carries your scent away,
in tiny rebellions,
in sheer mock.
Do you have someone you lost?
We talk about the
past like it's a
movie we
watched together.
You liked the
cinematography.
I didn't care for the
cruelty of the
protagonist.

We disagree on the
theme, and every
scene holds different
aspects of
symbolism for us.
I'm not sure I want
there to be a sequel,
despite the good
acting.

The past
will not be silent:
it has wounds
that still last
