“ENDURE”
Andrew Guzaldo c Dec 2017
“A malady so sharp,
It transfixed to my soul,
It embroiled my world,
A deception so animated,

Those vines in my heart,
Stifling my breath,
The thorns of sorrow,
Grasping my minds perplexity,

Chaos and misery all at once,
A bundle so priceless yet better,
Than none,
The malady of the soul,

That only time can cure,
For now I must wait,
With this pain so pure,
Is this another day,
I must ENDURE?”

“PHANTASMAGORIA SONNET”
Andrew Guzaldo c Jan 2020
“Blanched islet embolden my words afore me,
Come with me as if I were impelling fatality,
That our midnight love rendezvous continue,
All can be forgotten of travesty that followed,

The long day abates as moon climbs slowly,
Those phantasmagorias of life’s hardships,
None saw the moon that exude in my mouth,
As I easily compare you to a luminary deity,

Meander of her invading my mind of those days,
Diligent of your induced nobility fills my days,
Our heated tribute the past drollery of seasons,
Prudence labor loving engendered us slowly,

Could it be that the gulfs will wash us down,
As the vigorous fluting for my purpose holds,
Where how my pain palpitate substance of thee,
Are such fluttering intimacies means a euphoric end?
Or have I been fluttering in a phantasmagoric sonnet?

ENDLESS SKIES ABOVE
Andrew Guzaldo c Oct 2017
“Now I am here without you,
Wish I had you near me,
So I can put my arms around you
At least I can dream of us together,
And we shall meet like always,
In the darkness of the night,
I can write words to express,
My sadness,
I love her, in so many ways,
And she loves me in so many more,
Through nights like these I once held you,
Although my days are spent melancholy at best,
But at night my dear I shall kiss you endlessly,
As the ENDLESS SKIES ABOVE”

PASSIONATELY
Andrew Guzaldo c Nov 2017
“Where have you gone,
Are you just a figment of,
My imagination or were,
You something,

That has been intertwined,
Into the pours of my body,
Into my heart and soul,
Will you come back?

To replenish the pain that,
Is Within me come back,
Into my life as though,
You have never left for,

The thought of you leaves me
In such pain,
I wish you we had never parted,
At times I can smell the fragrance

Of your skin,
After you've bathed and enter into
Where we rest our heads,
As we snuggle close together,

In our warm inner linings of rest,
In our moments of ecstasy,
The moments of the love,
That we shared PASSIONATELY!”

“EBBING TIDE”
Andrew Guzaldo c Jan 2020
“That time of year is now beholden upon to my behold
When fall leaves drop ever so quickly leaving trees bare,
Upon those sprigs shaking now in the brittle cold,
Even then the God gift of birds continues to warble,

We now espy the eventide of days that plummet,
As repeatedly watch as the sun sets in the west,
Oh how disastrous to not see luminosity in the morn,
That takes away the dreaded darkness of the nightfall,

Peer long and hard enough at the fiber night sky,
In me you will see the radiance of sunlight fire,
Of this you will grasp what makes a tenacious love,
Love that well which I thou must devoir before long.

May I stare into your eyes again that bare brunt?
That I may rest on the ashes of my youth may I lay,
May I be absorbed by that of once had cultivated me,
Fatality its demise may seal my boundaries to my rest
Come with me my beloved as if I were the ebbing tide”

“Nightmare of Fear”
Andrew Guzaldo c Jan 2018
I sculptured my love,
Within your inner skin and soul,
As I submerge myself within you,
Engrossed in your Passion,

And every word I created,
Is about how I wanted us to be,
I only wanted to give you happiness
Given that it seems it was only sadness,

At times I only brought cataclysm,
As you As you tried to end my pain,
And defer me to happiness,
You were trying to acquiesce,

With your imbibe amounts of love,
You restored me from that illness,
And your love was my placebo,
To my endless NIGHTMARE of FEAR”

“POETIC HORIZON”
Andrew Guzaldo c Jan 2018
So 2017 is no more,
Now comes the New Year,
We now begin anew,
As the endorphins navigate,
For another understanding,
On what this year may bring,
I search within myself the realization,
Will I have nothing to find,
A heart that has turned to stone,
Eyes that no longer have tears,
A confused and wandering mind,
A soul wilted cold and black,
As star nights may not,
Shine upon me,
This shall not be upon thee,
With the New Year comes,
Excitement Symmetry and caring,
This will broaden,
My POETIC Horizon

“Reticent Emaciated”
Andrew Guzaldo c Mar 2018
“Do you ever wonder as our day winds down?
About what could have been if you took a different route,
Each one working hard weary hours,
Blended green leaves and Golden Flowers,

My mind always coming back to her,
With a blend of green leaves and an,
Inadvertent presence invisible leafs and branches,
As the golden flowers she was to my heart,

Her ardent name carved on my,
Heart bones and soul,
Dancing under the moons struck starry night,
Risible Laughing at the day noon and night,

Long conversations until early morning lite,
While I am so tired of being alone,
Those memories can never be taken away,
Do not let this love fade away,

I could say I no longer love her but be lore,
I covet her skin touching mine,
I covet her hair flowing in all its silken black beauty,
I covet her mouth upon mine her breath is,
The sustenance I seek as I sit is she in my hours,
Of Reticent Emaciated”

"EVERY POET"
Andrew Guzaldo c Jan 2020
"Every Poet dips their pen in an inkwell,
They pour out his or her heart soul,
Their soul that tell a story of fervor,
Of love passion and loss in a canticle or sonnet,
that one will never FORGET"

"DESTINY"
Andrew Guzaldo c Dec 2017
"Facing death makes one,
Re evaluate their life,
The well being of all they have,
Or has owned,

We have in ways reaped,
The crops we sown,
Despair and death deep,
Darkness over the lands and things,

Broods like an owl we cannot understand,
Laughter and tears are all we have known,
between our torn hands as the earth enfolds,
Our lovesick hearts will be,

Turned into dust,
For enjoy each day for the best, Breaths,
And at the hour of death, God
May God show us Mercy?

For this end algorithm is our DESTINY"
