We might've said 'I love you' to fast.
5 days in, including our past,
But you and me are gonna last.

Yeah you ghosted me 3 times,
but you always came back around.
The kind of love that shivers spines.
Yet you don't ever make me feel down.

I feel so safe with you here,
I'll forever love you my dear,
And in my future i see you clear.

You make me want to change.
I know that I will for you.
Already planning our wedding at this age.
We're gonna pull through.
I will forever love this man.
Those multitudel inglorious days,
With eager tounge and fearless youth.
Indignant in our stubborn ways,
We fought the system nail and tooth.

Unreliance on mechanical wears,
Or self compliance bitter taught.
We sought the path that wanted wear,
A princely sum yet still we bought.

Sheer confidence in ones esteem,
But pride will always take a fall.
Those days rush by me like a stream,
Too fast to catch or yet recall.

Immortal reason warmed our bones,
We chased the sun and caught its rays.
Auspicious notions now outgrown,
Of early bird inglorious days.
wrote a poem for the first time in a long time last night about the temperance of youth! Hope you enjoy. PS. Sorry about the spelling and grammar, never been my forte.
In the dusty haze of a late summer night

The cool breeze of air twirls and
Hums happily with a glamorous lady

As they dance around and around
An aura of shimmer blooms ~

Casting a shadow of radiance—
On the darkening eyes of the night sky

As they sing on and on
A million of sparkling stars brimming over
Creating blissful sounds all around

Filling every angle of the night ~

The dying branches of the willow tree
Become alive once again

The arid soil of the land becomes greener
With sprouting leaves and flowers

The melody of the night brings salvation
To the spirits of the night forest

Till the king of the sun rises—
They danced, sang, and chatted ~

Relishing every moment, every second,
Every minute, every hour they possess

As the prince of the dawn seeks them
They shared a devoted kiss at the last minute

Exchanging hugs for the final time ~

With smiles on their faces
They bid farewell to each other
Until the warmth embraces the world

Once more ~ ~
Once more ~ ~

Oh Darling, Oh Daisy
As pretty as a pink peony,
Yet, your petals are wilting, dear,
Stems a little frail, wracked.

Oh Daisy, Oh Daisy
As sharp as a red rosy,
Yet, don’t they see, dearest,
Thorns tracing those fragile strands?

Oh Daisy, Oh Daisy
As sweet as a light *****,
Yet, don’t they see, dear?
Tears slipping, draping a silk on your chest.

Oh Daisy, Oh Daisy
As clever as late Nancy,
Yet, is your nectar still
Sweet as hot honey

Oh Daisy, Oh Daisy
Ask of the flies, just once, dear,
Do they taste the bright red
Of copper candy?

Oh Daisy, Oh Daisy
As graceful as old lacy
Do you dance, dear,
To the screams that hum a melody?

Oh Daisy, Oh Daisy
As naive as a little daisy,
Are you certain what awaits you?
Dear Daisy.
This poem is inspiried by the song Lacy by O.R though the themes are different I love the repetition she used to create a poem of my own

Your baked cheddar scented hands
and your newly thinned feet
Your trimmed hair strands
and your smile with teeth
I grew you inside,
always my baby you’ll be,
if I can keep you young

A crooked, watchful smile
and shoes on wrong feet
Singing along
and bruises on knees
I’ve known you the longest,
always my baby you’ll be,
if I can keep you young

If you need a hand
walking along an uneven surface
or help falling asleep,
you’ll always know that I’m there
caring so deeply
I grew you inside,
always your mommy I’ll be
If only I could keep you young

Youth—epitome of experience and extremes.
You fall, you seek, you cry, you scream.
You slow down, begin to see the seams—
A vast world quietly opens to you.
You notice the meaning behind the semblance,
And the silence that slowly leaks through.

You finally get the answers you long pursued:
For frustration’s weight, for storms you never understood—
The unexplainable quarrels, the anxious moods.
And at last, you reach the solace you once dreamed.

But—
It’s not the end. It’s not the cure.
This is nowhere close to all your angst, your ache.
“To live is to suffer”—a belief we often mistake.
To live is, was, and always will be to seek—
To validate the silence buried deep beneath.

To let go of the nagging thoughts,
The voice that creeps, claws, and speaks.
Only the brave can release that grip.
It was never meant to be easy—
That’s why it clings,
But trust the process.
You’ll hear the silence—full and complete.

Once you’ve let go of that voice,
That essence of shadow,
No more doubt, no more need to borrow—
You’ll find the peace you sought
Beneath the drought of noise
That once left you hollow.

Yes, I know your agony, your sorrows.
But brave warrior, you’ve found it at last—
The real you,
Untainted.
Unburdened.
Unbound.

Look at you   all pantsy Fants and dah Dee la
Itching your teeth  drying your eyes   Wiring Some Cash
       and clicking your camara
a baby aimed for the world at large
                                   reformed gormless
                             and clean for fresh intelligence

Look at you   all lancing the breeze and cancer free
Bewitching the trials of your enemies
financed and careering
a duchess with ease
on the leash of some tremendous villainy

Talented young poets are in short supply,
So what shame it is to see a talent die.
I see the sparkle fade,
Disenchanted by doubt.
Please keep writing,
We are in need.
Art doesn't need correction, it needs improvement, innovation.
