Lie
The stuff that you heard about me
Is a lie

But the way you heard it
Is even worse
Mari Jun 2020
They say when
you're in love
you get better.
But why am I
getting worse?
every one becomes having long tail
trying not to get *****
wanting to throw away
or hide it at any way

trying to be silent
covering your nose
and do also with mouth

as the world does not bear
your breath
if you still go on that road
which was not faith and had bad fault

expecting the worst comes
and the world will wish you to be absent
this causing of virus makes us showing the world into its clear photo. so moderate your self to be so good

your heart is full of songs
written by the people
that changed you
for the better and the worse

the room is empty
you hear them
deep down in your chest
harmonizing for attention

don't cover your ears
it's okay

Who are we,
Who are we,
We are the protector the one who comes to save,
We are the one who takes the blows and stays brave,
One two skip a few,
You blink and its a different me looking back at you,
We are the lover the passion that blazes,
We have the care that lives to walk relationship mazes,
Again Again with the nod of a head,
You realize again that another me is dead,
Now We are the crazy the life of the party,
We sing we dance and we eat meals that are very good and hearty,
You roll your eyes,
And another me dies,
We are the genius the mind and the brain,
We enjoy that homework you saw as a pain,
You drop your pen,
We change to a different person again,
We are the servant the one who comes to help,
We come at your beck, call, yelp, and whelp,
You reach out to try to pull me back in,
But there are more then one of us to love my friend,
We are the many inside of the few,
We are here and you don't know how to explain us or what to do.

I don't know what to say when I look at the people of today. We acknowledge the world's gotten worse and still act like it's ok. The people of today fight in wars for reasons it seems they don't understand and ask that we support them while they invade a foreign land. Yes I know the people of yesterday did this as well when they killed innocent people in America before they burned in hell but what the people of today don't seem to understand is that the best way to heal is to take each other by the hand. It's been 18 years since that day in 2001. Now it's time to stop fighting so we can take care of everyone. People of today, please keep something in mind. The people of tomorrow are coming and we need to ensure they won't be blind. If we don't tell them how to learn from the past, the people of tomorrow might be the last. People of today, carpe diem. Seize the day. Come home so we can sing, heal and be gay.
This is my first poem I wrote. I wrote it in 2014.

It's dark in here.
It's cold out there.
I feel afraid.
I feel scared.

My eyes can't see.
My ears can't hear.
Don't let me out.
Don't leave me here.

each time,
i fall again,
i remind myself,
keep your head up,
we have been through worse.

The same old tarnish,
but you try to paint over
      the old you.

But stains show through,
   you may have glossed over
                     past frailties.

Changing your shade doesn't
             change the fact that

you may be re-born.

           But reflections never change,
and its clear even though you painted
over, your still the original underneath..

Your worse than before,
                 same hate,
                       same lies...
But a  fresh paint job just
            hides the rust underneath..
