I try to be a leader,
but feel like a dictator.

but feel like a servant.

I try to hide emotion,
but feel it burn inside me.
I try to live,
but I feel dead

i try so hard
to be the kinda girl
that people want
but its so tiring
and i cant seem to keep up
with all the fads and trends
why should i chase them all?
just to make fake friends?

Remember when we’d stare at the raining skies?
I remember how they would create collages on pebbles,  
And bring colour to your eyes
But they’ve been dull lately

Buying fragrant flowers in February
This year a sparkly touch
Added a little something extra

Those "Goodmorning beautiful" texts sent
Distance kept us apart
Shirt smelling like you to keep by my side
You could only be close to my heart

How we joke with eachother
Nightly call me the meanest names
Insults are merely teasing
Others plain don't understand our games

This morning danced around to a rap song
Wearing a smile and underwear
Made me Eggo waffles for breakfast
Thank you babe for showing you care

I guess I owe a multitude
Of little moments like that
The kind small tokens of love
You work to complete each act

So I must try with all my might
A simple girl to prove
That I love you though you outnumber me
In little things but will you help me improve?

Death challenged my life,
But my life prevailed
It's a pain to live,
But it'll hurt them if I die

But why should I try

Failure is not a failure
The failure is an effect after an experience
You can't let it bring you down
Contrary you can learn from it
And develop yourself to the best
So that the next time you will not fail

If you fail again get up and try again
Be certain you didn't learn enough
Just continue, sooner or later you will succeed

The big failure is that you know your mistake
And you haven't done anything to fix it
After a while you will regret it

You had the time to do something
But you missed it
Not a problem, start again
You’re still breathing so you have the time

To correct your path and try again
Finally you are not hopeless
You can do it, don't lose the hope
