My tribe is a
mingling of adjacent hues
finding harmony
complementary

My tribe is a
facet of you and me
a mashup of science and art
an education of the heart

My tribe is a
wisdom bringer
a lighthouse singer
over crimson shoals

My tribe is a
ghost dance partner
a symphonies daughter
a shield for fodder

Cause my tribe is peace
like a captainless ship
like a philosophers quip
like a
"I don't know but I'd like to get it right"
kinda trip

My tribe is yearning
curious and learning
rumbling with vulnerability
spilling over with capability

And every time we think we are there
we go a little deeper
because it isn't complicated
as my tribe is love

it is not the how, it is the who and the who is you.

Nation needs you
Not because you are RARE
Because you belong HERE
Genre: Inspirational
Theme: Better Human Project || A humane world
Note: Every chaos, every disaster, every pandemic brings back a real story to awaken the human emotions, and gives space of opportunity, either to share hands, touching lives in one way or another, or to watch helplessly and weep for the world. If you can watch the suffering without pain, then this is not for you. Else, be the agent of change, you can change the end of the story, you can change a new story from the beginning, you can change being a part of it. And during the whole process it will be your greatness if you stay behind the scene.

Change the story
With
A little more compassion
A little more generiosity
A little more response
A litle more listening
A little more sharing
A little more love
A little more of
You

Please

Who says
[I'm bla bla bla]
[I did bla bla bla]
[I have bla bla bla]
To whom it may concern

Does I'm/I did/I have make you a human?
Are you kind?
Did you learn kindness?
Do you shared your heart?
Do you feel what I feel?

Truth be told
I have nothing to do
With all your
Bla bla bla
That defines you

By default
I don't belong
There

Him
I smile when the screen lights up knowing it's him ,
Getting flashbacks can't control my feelings within,
The giddiness I feel knowing what we have is so real ,
forever is what I feel when I think about him ,
his smile so bright his hugs so right,
he's my comfort,
The only drug I'll ever be addicted to .

What I told you I feel different?
What if I told you something is not right?
What if I told you things have changed?
The way I was raised and I see now are totally different
My aunt doesn’t look at me now the way she used to when I was 10
What if I told you I thought we were family but we are not?
Because I grew up watching our family getting divided
What if I told I grew up in a place where I was discriminated?
What if I told everywhere I go I looked different?
I felt like a prisoner, I couldn’t leave my cell
And what if I told you I know who is responsible for it?
A guy called tribe.

What if I told you people lost their jobs because of him?
What I told you young people were arrested and murdered in his name?
What if I told you women were ***** to please him?
What if I told you everybody seem to enjoy it?
And what if I told you I am no alright?
I mean, I don’t feel dead, but I am not alive either.
what if i told you is wrote and it talks about tribalism how it divides us and its effects on us.

From a deep hole she did rise,
from the grasp of self-doubt she broke free,
from the ocean of self-hate she swam ashore.

And she wrapped herself in layers of self-love,
armor of respect, and sheaths of grace.

And to war she went, freeing her fellow goddesses,
from the unworthy, unholy, and undeserving.

Together they rose and conquered.

The queens of today.

Well I was a world away from you when you became a bride
And how could I know I'd love you and call him friend?
I was a different man than you know today, in a different life
I don't know how, I don't know why, and don't know when
I became a father as you took your vows
How did we do life changing things at the same time?
And now that you're both in my life I have no doubt
That I am yours as you are his, as he is hers, and you are mine
You make every sad song go away
You make every love movie about us
And I don't know if I told you today
But this love between the cule has shown me trust
Shown me desire and acceptance
I've waited a lifetime to see
Myself gain repentance
And I was beginning to think it'd be
Little more than a fools dream that I could escape the heat
That my past was my only future
That my own and spirit had my soul beat
But now I see the bigger picture
No matter what I may have done before
I know that I am forever yours

Reuben's got his friends.
Reuben's got a tribe.
Reuben now knows where he belongs.
Reuben's standing straight.
Reuben's walking tall.
Reuben will recall where he is from.

And now
he knows
he's loved.

Reuben's word is true.
Reuben's word is strong.
Reuben's word is wise beyond his years.
Reuben's speaking loud.
Reuben's teaching truth.
Reuben will be heard beyond his peers.

And now
he knows
he's loved.

Reuben's got his friends.
Reuben's got a tribe.
Reuben now knows who he'll become.
Reuben's standing straight.
Reuben's walking tall.
Reuben knows he'll dance to heaven's drum.

And now
he knows
he's loved.
To my new friend Reuben Hamilton.
