Time is out,

Tomorrow watches me - I look back,
Building a chair in anticipation of my arrival It whispers to me,
“You’ll never be ready”

I blame myself,
The silence that filled moments,
Times I should’ve listened
To the effort that was screaming to be,

A knife i stuck in my own back,
The knife I placed there
The knife that I wanted to be the reason I failed?

Did I ever want to succeed?

Did I avoid trying so I had more to blame than just not being able to cut it?

I don’t try, I don’t succeed.
What… do I expect of me?

When moments of need
Moments in which I should’ve done more,
I stood still.
Contemplating a life that I’m not fighting for-

And now it’s too late,
Time is short— what-else is left,
But to now sit in thought,
Alone with the understanding,

That I did this.
I hurt myself.
I deserve the failure that will consume me.

Was time too short,
Or did I just ignore it.
I am a bit unlucky
Yes, not always can everybody be lucky
But misfortune has befallen me many a time
My marriage was a ball of slime
I have lost a few friends
Though my behaviour towards them was almost blameless
Many a time, I get credit not
Even if my work is nearly perfect
Due to my Asperger's Syndrome
I do not feel at home
During many a social interaction
Really, do I do my best, to make a good conversation
However, mistakes are inevitable
Because, perfection is impossible
My ignorance is not my fault
It is God's fault
Definitely, do I need some compensation
For each and every misfortune of mine
Struggling am I, to find love
Though there is a lot, that I can give
Being a divorced male is a big curse
In a society that has a huge bias
Against anyone who is "different"
However, I will fight
To overcome all my insecurities
And drive away all my demons
But I certainly need some luck
Otherwise, life will remain dark
Yes, I am a bit unlucky for sure
However, I will try my best to ensure
That this does not remain the case
Wrong, will I prove all my doubters
Rise will I, against all odds
For now, am I overthinking
But soon, will I be planning
To rise from the ashes, like a true phoenix
Yes, not at all easy, is achieving success
However, as mentioned earlier
I am a fighter
And soon, will the fight begin
For now though, I am alone
Again, I am a bit unlucky
But soon, will I be lucky!
This is a poem on how I have had a lot of bad luck in life and also about how I will fight against all odds to turn my bad luck into good luck.
Some People
Today
have a
Circle of Friends,
with a
Tight-knit bond,
a Friendship
that never ends,
just to hang out a bit,
to spend
a night on the town,
A Circle of Friends,
a Good feeling to be around,
Your Friends, Associates,
Compadres, and your pals,
just to catch
up with them,
and to socialize
for a while!!!
A small
circle of friends
would do
you some good,
keep your
circle of friends
small, and
as best as you could!!!!!

Every Morning, when I rise, I do make sure
there’s nothing in my mind
nothing in my body
and nothing in my soul
as if I am a bottomless whole
as if I am a fresh born baby

Then I make sure, whatever work I am going to do
In the day
Will improve my mind, body or soul or
Somebody’s other body, mind or soul
And if my work is neither doing anything I said above
Then I am a useless monster just passing my time for sure

And when I have done the improvement work
Then every night, when I sleep
I feel mind like heaven
Feel my soul dancing
Feel my body energetic

And  if I have done no improvement work
Then I feel no difference between
Rising and sleeping.
I was a bottomless whole and still
Have achieved no goal.

Now you decide o people!!
Whether you want difference in your rise and sleep
Or you just want similarity
And remaining at the bottom of heap.

Choice is yours o people!!
Options are mine
I suggest you  to chose the improvement option
As it will take you to the cloud nine.

And then every morning, when I rise.
I do make sure……
I do make sure……

Running out of pages,
these words—
they turn into
a jumble of thoughts
no one can understand.
A work of art,
running out of ink,
that never came to be.

Roots—
they never blossomed,
they withered away,
drying up
under a pile of soil.

I'm ripping out pages
in anger,
clinging
to words
I might not even believe in.
One by one,
just to leave them
crumbled,
dust,
turning—
into sand.

The wind picks it up,
flipping to the next page,
that’s already starting to crumble.
My pen
starts to write
on its own.

You, I think about, every single day
Not only does it make me happy
It provides me hope
Whenever I mope
You are not simply an inspiration
In me, do you ensure perspiration
In order to reach my goals
If I achieve success
I will dedicate it to you, for your writing
Because, you keep me believing
Hence, never do I give up
In fact, the only way for me is up
Drives me, does your radical thought
Which is straight from the heart
About society, you give not a ****
Something that manages to make me beam
Even when I am drowning in a pool of insecurities
You pull me, bit by bit
Towards achieving inner peace
One does not have to be perfect
Thanks chiefly to you, did I realise that
Your fiery passion helps me stay afloat
Even when the ship of my mind is sinking
Due to too much overthinking
You enable me to get rid of the clutter
Thus, does my focus keep getting better and better
A true braveheart, you are
In spite of being a mother
Amongst the loudest, is your voice
Against all sorts of injustice
What better motivation, do I need?

Earth will remain here
Sky will remain there

Show your glare
Show your glory

So that, you would also remain here
in people's memory
I have been a victim of overthinking and doing nothing. I definitely needs to push myself. Our time on this planet is limited. Whatever we have, it should come out.

When the ball is swinging,
And it’s Jimmy’s spell,
Curb your drives,
Go into shell
Or batting, my friend, will turn into hell.

When your wife’s mood starts swinging,
And you’re about to yell,
Stop !
Hide in your shell
Or that moment too will turn into hell.

In Test cricket, if you didn't succeed  first,
A second chance awaits, to quench your thirst.

In life, too, if you miss the mark,
There’s always another chance to spark.

So smile, stay calm, be focused, be wise,
Wait for the right ball, the right moment to rise
And when it comes, strike with grace,
That’s how you win life’s endless race

One healthy choice a day can significantly improve your health and overall well-being.
Let this reminder motivate us to build healthy habits and quit unhealthy ones - one conscious choice at a time.
dual enrollment for art
seemed good at the start
then drained me
****** the passion for art
out of my soul
my hands no longer covered in paint
I no longer make jewelry
drawing is a hassle
poetry is my escape
I'm going to college
for creative writing
what if
it ***** the passion
the soul
out of my writing
making it a chore
instead of a release
anxiety naws at my brain
the what ifs
knocking inside my skull
what if it is draining
but what if
it gives me more passion
more motivation
it is a risk I'm willing to take
