***** perfect.
I'm sick of perfection.
being the perfect girl,
the perfect lover,
hiding my flaws,
competing to be the best to get accepted.

***** perfect,
***** a perfect future.

cause an imperfect future with you,
is what fuels my heart and fills me with life.
all the silliness and love that will be present,
in our not so perfect apartment,
where we sometimes have not so perfect moments,
where my imperfections you don't judge rather you admire them.

cause in this not so perfect love story,
all the imperfections with you
is my version of perfect.
there is more to life than a perfect life. your soul and heart will never happy until you find the right person to spend your life with, where an imperfect life becomes a perfect life to you where hiding is another day you're excited about.

I have many flaws,
Flaws that made me scared to get close to people.
You saw them all,
and turned them into nothing short of perfections.
with you, I am finally me and proud to be me, for you love me, my imperfections and all

Sometimes think of happier days
How the sun shines brighter with your touch
All the desire sworn to me
Within confines of your clutch

As brain climbs up and down memories
Performing astounding acrobatics midair
What I want above anything else
For you to prove you care

This is my mind's obsession
Realize there's no turning back
Pills improve mood until effects fade
Then I am forced to deal with what I lack
I hate looking into mirrors...

When melancholy besets
And memories strike
When roses lost in books
Turn into silver spikes

When you hear the sobbing sounds
From the walls of your room
And the world around you
Feels like a perpetual doom

When you feel that you’re trapped
And that you’re a lost cause
When people close to you
Laugh at your blemish and flaws

When you can not see a way
And all your hope disappears
I want you to read this poem
And know that someone cares

I've often noticed numerous features
Many of which are on gardeners and bakers and preachers
But I have never even mentioned my own
Many peers of mine point them out to the teachers
To be silent and observe is what I am prone

I find listening and watching much more meticulous
I realise they don't understand how I stay quiet during the day
For they all speak and sound quite ridiculous
I think they may soon learn of what they say
At least I hope, I can never say for sure when they may

i used to dream of someone like you,
wavy brown hair and eyes speckled blue.

someone who can admire my laugh and my crooked smile,
and when i'm scared, stay with me for a while.

i saw you from a distance and knew it was you,
the man from my dreams, i was affixed like glue.

you are breathtakingly perfect with all of your flaws,
you're dreamy and captivating; never failing to leave me in awe.

you are mine now and it's unbelievably true,
that someone like me could be with someone like you.
