We were matter and energy
That came together.

You were the planet
Which I orbit.

We were the stars
In binary system.

You were the Galaxy
Nearest to me.

We were like sun and comet
Coming back to each other.

You were the life
In my far away world.

I tell you this
And this alone.

*The universe came to be
When you and I happened.

Have you ever loved someone,
who was just oblivious of your existence?
Like a comet passing the eye of a sun,
neither aware nor touched by its gaze.

She was just there,
and I was just here.
She was never meant for me,
else that comet collides into this sun.

Sol
It was the most beautiful being I had ever seen..  He stood at least 7"5.. He wore this beautiful illuminating armor that my eyes cannot begin to describe..  I saw him destroy a comet before it destroyed our planet..   The skies had darken and I was ready to leave this place..  But out of no where he shows up and destroys the destroyer with a magnificent light brighter than our sun..  He looked to me with his fiery deep brown eyes..  He then smiled.. The dust and dirt then started to float around him as if gravity had let go where he stood..  He then looked to our now clear sky as his armor begin to shine colors I had never seen..  He was gone in an instant leaving behind a glow where he stood..

He wove a weary comet streak
That stained the clear blue sky
He had no time to stop and think
But went a hurtling by
He warned of grevious perils
Dormant in coming days
I saw him with a sparkling eye
And watched through bleary haze
Nearing the horizon and eye limit
He turned and cast a wink
At what he loved and no one more
Then only did I blink.

Us
There is no "us" anymore.
There is only you.
I am but a ghostly soul trapped in a functioning cage.
But you!
You have so much potential to fulfill!
If you could see you, the way I do...
Oh well then, we would have to run to keep up.
Nothing would stop you.
Except "us".

That's why, loves, I must make my adieu.
I'm sparing you from me.
And that's the only gift I have worth giving.
Call it a parting-gift,
Though it's nothing at all compared to what you deserve.
I'm sorry for suffering you with "us".

Forgive me, my moons.
I wanted to be amongst your stars.
But I am just a comet,
My fate burns out much faster than yours.
And soon there won't even be a memory
Of  the "us" that was so very unjust.
The man in the moon
has a big conundrum
cause he can't always talk
to his good friend the sun
for he is tucked away,
kept out of sight,
for when the suns out
the moon sees the night.

There once was a time
he was part of the earth,
till a comet collided
for all it was worth.
The earth was surprised
with the immediate shock
and the loss of a massive,
great big piece of rock.

That great piece of rock,
far off it did zoom
from big brother earth,
now the man in the moon.
Every time
the sun comes to play,
the moons bigger brother,
'the earth's,' in the way.

His brother of course,
will pass messages on
but it isn't the same
as a chat with the sun.
But once in a while
the moon he can mix
with his good friend the sun
in a total eclipse.

When part of the earth
he saw the sun once a day
till that comet then crashed
and sent him far away.
But somehow they managed
their friendship to fix
and all with the help
of the total eclipse.

They get to catch up,
but not for too long
for they soon take there places,
go home where they belong.
The total eclipse
is a lifeline that ends
but for a short time it helps
puts together two friends
There is always a way to keep a friend!

Happy New Year
to all of my friends here on HP.

I saw a comet break through the atmosphere last night,
and you were the only person I thought of.
I thought about how you how magnificent it was to see something so rare and beautiful,
and then I thought of you again.

There were galaxies in your eyes and skeletal constellations connecting your blazing white bones the comets from your eyes continued to fall you couldn't see what I could because of the exploded nebulas that created too dense of breathtaking  stardust so you thought you were just a terrifying black hole you made yourself bleed stars you said to not get close because you ****** up light and happiness when really it was you creating it
