Garl april, 25, 19

The time of his death was
unknown of course

Garl walked the perimeter sticks
wooden spear at the ready

Garl saw more than he thought
therefore the world of the cave walls

His dreams were to amazing
images of other worlds
so beautiful so strange

All were their dreams at night
but the samans put them on the walls

An act of great courage  due respect

In his dreams Garl saw himself
on the walls   at first with fear
later with desire

The samans were also hunters

The hunt was a strong image to have

Garl was out with the hunters
he saw the hunt    he saw his
image on the cave walls

He went forward to the mammoth

He is now seen on the cave wall
   by thousands

The time of his death is unknown
of course
garl a fore speek of mark

Anything, I have written at all.
May never be seen
Will never, be shown.

My words, will go un-spoken,
from generations that are,
unknown.

But my existence, will be, recorded,
through paintings, on
cave walls.

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust) - 64

BismillahIr RahmanIr Raheem

Oh the Loved one, Who is my Beloved!
In the deserted land, there is a Sacred Mountain’
Fondly, called as The Mountain Of Light’s (Jabal Al Noor) '

Where my Divine Creator Imitate His Own Light'
And carefully guarded by the Numerous Angels,
Towards the Sacred Mountain (Jabal Al Noor)!

My Beloved visits daily towards the Peak (Jabal Al Noor)
Where his rest place Cave (Hira) itself based.
He climbs at rosy dawn, towards the sacred peak,
To freely meditate towards his Divine Creator!

Allow me, to unfailingly follow you;
Until the Cave (Hira) entrance,
And comfort Your attractive Paws as your feet dust.

I devotedly follow You, Oh my Beloved!
Towards the Cave (Hira);
Upon the Peak (Jabal Al Noor)
Don't look down for stack of crude stones,
Or don't be worried about any cruel thorns.

At Dawn, Very difficult to track the visible path,
I dearly want to live as his dainty shoes'
Hence, He can climb carefully every glorious day.

Let my Beloved’ peacefully sit and Meditate
Let Him recite, The One and Only (Iqra Bismi Rabika)
Thru the Dear Angel (Jibreel),
Therefore, He can reveal the Divine truth!

I will wait respectfully outside,
Until He solely speaks, the divine truism.
Therefore, I can correctly grasp;
Through My Beloved the eternal truth (Noble Quran)!

The unknown truth of the Divine Creator (Allah)
And His Eternal Existence (The Noble Throne)
Upon the sacred Mountain Of Light’s! (Jabal Al Noor)!

Allah Khair..... Khairul Rabul Alameen Yah Arrahmanur Yah Raheem

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust)
pistachio Feb 2019
She is a cave, a hidden gem
Onyx-colored chambers
and shallow caverns
Her world is dim,
quiet and lonesome
Patiently waiting
for her sun to come

But the path towards her
is never easy
So people come
and leave eventually
But some are worse,
they give up halfway
As soon as struggles
come on their way

Blades of grass,
sharp and antsy
Rocky floor,
exhausting and stumbling
With predators venomous,
hiding sneakily
Will you still love a girl
with a world exasperating?

So she never bothered to mend
the hole in her heart
So  people can come in,
to create memories
And so they can leave,
whenever they want to...
If they are afraid to catch
the cave who may fall apart.

It will take a real man
to conquer her
To see the beauty
residing inside her
The flowstones, stalactites
and stalagmites breath-taking
Or the undiscovered art forms
ever alluring and enchanting.
She's a cave. She's difficult to reach. But she created a hole in her heart so people can come in and people can leave whenever they want to.
(This is a poem inspired by a limestone cave in Philippines that we visited last Monday.)  :)

My narrow cave is zero colour
a thousand winds that blow over
only blow away kohls yet to see an eye.

The sunrise beams out in the morning's hush
as do the sun basks in the swift uplifting rush.
Ah, only to miss out again like yesterday,
there was a cave it tried to highlight.

Then lost me in the dark found a Moon
heavily tilted yet over a shady turf.
Every star eying upon it knows that
tomorrow again, this will host the sunrise!

It is made of the finest bark
Standing between two trees
It is open and closed only in the dark
Enveloped in ivy, locked without keys

Vanishes behind rays of the sun
Following the moon so bright
Away it goes when it hears you come
Held within are secrets that make us light

Locked by your chaos heart
With just a key of silence
Opened only in the darkest part
Warriors of life protect with demilance

A door stands in the forest of life's psalm
A door dedicated to shining bright
Only seen when a heart is calm
Hidden because this door cannot stand a fight

Between two trees it stands, insides expanding
To you there is much unknown
But, the ones inside are filled with understanding
In the world behind it, goodness is shown

This may seem absurd, but just highly misunderstood
Maybe, because you have never seen
What lies behind the sturdy wood
But it's truth, I witness, is keen
Garden of Eden? Heaven? Understanding? Plato's "Allegory of the Cave"? A mix of all these..
Written in 2012. Edited in 2018. Working on another version, as I would like to perfect the flow of this poem.

Negative energy, negative thoughts
No single hope to be seen
It is not a tunnle, It's a cave that is blocked
Were no light can sneak in
There is no light at the end of the tunnle, only darkness
