Oh, April, you have taught me how to live again.
I’ve watched the magnolia tree outside my room
Slowly blossom in your presence
The heat of the sun
Like fireflies on my skin
Lighting up the day

Oh, April, you have taught me to love again
I’ve made a new friend
I have something to live for again
Something to love for
Though I’m young
Though we aren’t far apart in age
I want to protect him
Like a son
My son

Oh, April, I fear I had forgotten the delight of your presence
Raindrops flowering on the ground
Flowers raining down on me
I can love again; my heart has thawed
What am I, if not alive?
and i dont want to mess it up for once

Hatimu tumpah, malam pecah
Maka sirna sudah gelisah
Dan semua kalimat lelah

Hatimu tumpah, kemudian malam terbelah
Dan aku hanya bisa mencintaimu lewat dinding tanpa celah

The soft wind brings resurrection,
as seeds crack the Earth's waking shell,
and she shrugs off her pale complexion,
while spring's mystery is dispelled.

Cherry blossoms break their silence,
pink confetti pirouettes on the breeze.
After months of cold defiance,
new leaves grace once barren trees.

In murky ponds, frogspawn transforms,
and tadpoles emerge to the spring light.
The weather warms from winter storms,
as days bask in the sun's delight.

This is nature's revolution,
Death in reverse, life is reborn.
In April's retribution,
Faith is restored, and hope adorns all.

A Fool In Love In Paris, In April
For crying out loud
I am awesomely proud
To be a Fool in love
With Mother Nature.
I thank the Almighty above
For everything he has done
Hoping that I have a secured future
Earth is now my haven, my Heaven.

I am a Fool who loves my wife
The beautiful trees and flowers
The hummingbirds on the top towers
And the daunting intricacies of life.
Today is the first day of April
I am thrilled like a new drill
I am excited to be the only Fool
Swimming naked in the icy pool.

For God's sake, I am a Fool in love
The eagles are hovering above
The green mountains, this is awesome
That's wonderful, that's very handsome.
This is spring, a new season with a lot of potential
Sure, I am lackadaisically controversial
That's why I love the mad and irate women
And the jerks who refused to say Amen.

Though the world may rage,
like gilded nightingales caught in a cage,
our souls can still sing softly.

The earth may crack with no footfall to faucet,
the fault doesn't always fall with the wind,
sometimes, the storm begins within.

This is why the search begins,
beneath the surface, where the silence knows our name,
where the echoes go to live.
I wrote this poem regarding times throughout my life I've felt stuck or "caged" due to societal norms. It's about introspection and resilience in a world full of noise and pain, committed to pushing their own narrative. When we're able to go within, true healing and strength begins. Diving deep into our silence to discover our authentic self, then fight like hell to defend it.

hidden within a seed still unseen,
sleeping underneath safe and sound.
awakened and cloaked with verdant green,
fierce and strong pierce through the ground.

ethereal thunder in waves bring doubts,
a human essence, within unravels.
silent cry echoing in seven bouts,
alas she rose, awakened, truth prevails.

Blooming under moonlight, sun rays alike,
True form reflects inner, shining bright.

Balance & harmony dance side by side, under the blushing pink moon tonight.
Across the cosmic divide, petals falling, eyes glancing, as they're gracefully gliding around the illuminated divine.
A love written in scales & stars, floating under opal, moonlit skies.
We'll meet the veil in silken waves during the pink moon's rise.
Venus whispers sweet truths, from eyes in shades of greens & blues.
Within a galaxy of ethereal embrace, where flowers of blushing rose awaken in full bloom.

Point A, on any taken time, in any common sense now,
linear thinking lets us time
our letter to word to phrase to line, step
by stepping, thinking later
now, using the Isaiah method, listening… thinking, then

perceiving thumb and fingers functioning thoughtlessly,
left hand leading with qwerty
uiop following from the right hand, neither caring
that one does more work, because e is so common.

We "apprehend" many truths which we do not "comprehend"
[Richard Trench, "On the Study of Words," 1856]

As intelligent creatures, created word users fabricate wads
of mental connective issues, suitable for framing,
after skeining
   a hank of yarn,
a spinner's helper child winds the clew.

Familiar incandescence, lamps from by gone world,
time as was for so very long,
if you take your leisure and spend most of it
in contemplative state, time spending, collecting

idle words left wasted and useless as ways and means
necessary before memory- slips away, as seems it does,
naturally, after memes made by imitation, mocked ritual,

laughing at danger of ever after holy hell, mocking right real

realm of sovreign gnosis recognition, right hand
most of us throw with, due to a modification,

a very long time ago, a dominant meme gene, ius, just
a word we use, justice… true just is, except for us, we
act X or Y
on instinct, if
we even once played serious hide and seek,
as the hidden.

We, the literary contemplative weform, reader and me…
we think let us learn collectively,
we cohorts mixed and fused,
     we believe… leave us learn
we say let us, never say leave us,
we hold such speech substandard, and
we insist, since the program began, in 1954,
we sort according to scientific anonymous…

Did we try to make today just fine?

No Child Left Behind… {LaHaye… hehehai-}
ESSA… keep it up, live to learn, have a reason,

should one be asked, confident, have a reason, know.

What difference does it make to you, if I walk away,
none.
The truth is this is an imaginary tie, we think away,
call it music, think its words, we twist
to tie an old liar's joke to the idea we became
peace takers peace users make think become
thunk
peace too far past understanding
to leave be so, why some seem so
easy to let be past comprehension… gaseous we

It was dark in cave,
the air felt cold—inside out.

He held her
as if she were glass,
a lamb
in the arms
of a wolf midnight.

Outside
the sky wept,
but inside us
a flower bloomed—
in April.
I turned 18 today! Ahhhhhhh, happy birthday to me!! Thank you all so much for the love and support. I still can’t believe I’m 18 now. I’ve been ill for a few days, so this birthday hasn’t been the most enjoyable. On top of that, I’ve been caught up with academics too. I’m really thankful for everything I have, but I also want to keep improving and become a better version of myself. I have the best family ever, couldn’t ask for anything better, tbh.
