Tell me a story

Tell me a story on how indescribable the way you feel for others is

hatred to the deep gut, to love from an open heart

Tell me a story where you can write all the words

but it never seems just about it

tell me how much you can love someone that you can be lead to lies easily

how much you can hate someone to the point you despise every spec of them

The story of how you can't speak

but the story of how you can feel what those people mean to you

because it's the closet you can get to showing me

how truly those feel to you

tell me a story on how you hear

how dread and horrid it can sound, to how blissfully warm

I wanna feel every shiver of warmth and cold

so I know how it engulfs you

tell me a story on how it feels to touch them

from how jagged, to how soft

tell me the biggest story of those one's

I wanna know those ways you feel

how you think you can't explain it just right

how it's so painful to listen too

to how much you can't get enough of that voice

how uncomfortably cold it feels to touch

to how it feels like it's gonna wrap you

like a big, fluffy, warm blanket on a cold winters night

tell me a story on how you can write this all out

but never seem to stop

never seem to get it perfect

never placed in the right ways.

that's the story I wanna hear

and maybe it'll sound so heavenly

maybe even so atrocious

I couldn't say how it sounded

I carved her name upon the dawn
So every morning might be with her
But as it rose It grew too bright
And closed my eyes
Yet still I saw her there

I carved her name upon the sky
To keep her near me every day
But nightfall came and cleared the light
And all was dark
Yet still I saw her there

I carved her name upon the moon
To stare at her throughout my nights
But tired eyes are sneaky foes
And sleep prevailed
Yet still I saw her there

I carved her name upon my soul
Love not just with me when I look
But every day and every night
And in my heart
Yet still I saw her there

you always know
when to point out
the beautiful things
you just always seem
to forget about yourself
remember

the sun awoke from its slumber
and rose
i watched it shower the land in mellow hues
and the rays of the sun tinged your skin an orange so deep
you could have been the sun incarnated
casting your light on the flesh of my bones
warming the frigid touch of my fingers

(and maybe i,

your moon)

when you kissed me
it felt as if i'd burn under your touch
as if i'd melt away with a meeting of our lips
and you tasted like fireworks
of all that sparked,
and burned brighter than anything in this world
a kind of sweetness;
a flavour i can't quite pinpoint
i can't seem to get enough of you

(an eclipse)

you're ethereal. divine
ever stunning, ever radiant
glittering brilliantly in the still dark sky
glowing
glowing like a god, a celestial being
and only the light of the sun can touch you.
i am the moon, you are the sun.

“You mean everything to me.”
He whispers, earnestly.
How did I even get this lucky?

She's got an air about her.
Makes butterflies flutter.

She makes my heart stutter,
The world's her oyster.

Always, I'm with her
Rooting, in her corner.
I feel for her, forever.
Even if..
Never again, I'd see her.

Her presence, her might.
Subtle beauty, not withdrawn.
Majestic mind, this benevolent body,
Many a day, she is my Dawn.

An adventure..

Like magic.

Exciting, enticing.
A phenom, a danger.
Many a goal, may she achieve.
Incomparable, may she be.

She's always like magic, to me.
Uncertain of whether we'd be friends. Or we are anymore. I will care for you though. Always.

Perhaps when we sang and played in spring,
we never imagined these leaves would start to fall,
or the mountains so majestic and tall,
would be covered with ice and snow,

The sun that shines with all that warmth ,
would only become a source of light,
the pavements then so dry ,
would turn all wet and covered in leaves,

Indeed we never knew in joy
that everything has a bitter end ,
so we could catch memories one by one ,
and later to each other send ,

I’ll wait forever
He said
I’ve never known a love like this.

Unknown is your name
You who burns bright
In the vast and plane pasture.
Stand surrounded
By chosen pebbles
That of which completes your solemness.
Your lone stance that wets
The green beds with brilliant rouge
Draws me ever close
To ponder upon the name
I wonder to be
As dazzling as your appeal.
