Lost in deserts thirsting for
Oasis destinations
These mirages passing through
Like the kings of old who drew
Their course from constellations

Drifting through the wanderdust
Across Sahara's dunes
No Ra to guide me through the day
Khonshu himself could not convey
My weary traveler moons

A pharaoh needs no resting place
When he becomes the Nile
And watches pyramids of sand
Slip right through each clenching hand
The tombs of his divine exile

— The End —
