Let go of these childhood dreams
And do not heed them,
Let go of your senseless schemes,
You do not need them,
Take off your dancing shoes,
You have outgrown them,
Put down your conscious mind
And snip the thoughts that stem,
Hey - my glasses are foggy,
Have I grown old enough to clean them?
