She glows so like the yellow moon;
a cat on a fence; she is the yellowest of everything
sleeping cool in a box of shadows
tummy up in the brightest sun
her dwarf kittens mildly grazing
at the open cans littering the Elysian fields;
mother roaming green sheep ribbons red and blue;
eyes shining blue towers above the sea;
below the light of Artemis my only good
three-headed goddess of life dreaming of busy hives
& everything chases her ghost handmaidens
into the icy depths of past time when so like the moon
she glowed
only u know
