There is something strange
& enchanting about a girl
that doesn't smile---cuz
when she does it's like "POW!"
Cupid w/a tommy-gun,
it's happened too many times;
why do I keep running into girls
that almost never smile?
Is it me? I smile all the time
& laugh too, but my gfs don't.
They seem sad & depressed
all the time---makes me suicidal,
but then I'll mumble something
clever & she'll smile & it makes
the sun seem like a firefly---
