A haiku a day
Keeps my sanity at bay
A refreshing way

He thinks she shines bright
But all she does is reflect
the light he exudes

I forgot to tell you
I am strong
I am brave
I am going to persevere

You didn't hear me
when I told you
You are kind
You are loving
You are here for a reason

Now I am here
and I am filled with regret
because
it seems as if you
never heard me
and I know you never will

I stood there
and smiled for you
I sat next to you
as you cried

you never saw
that I couldn't
smile for myself
you never saw that
I was crying too

I gave you everything
and you repaid me
by treating me like ****

I drown in the careless glow of the moon
He bares me an eternal wink
And I sink
in the forever fading,
blue velvet sky
Grasping for the faintest hope of
Reality
The sins I cling to,
make the stars gasp
My face burried in White skirts
As I have the strange tendency
to wear white chiffon
To funerals

Sweet pleasures of life
Sun, air, food, water
dreamland,
and a poet's sweet kiss

You came
You conquered
You stayed

Even as you left
