Im going to wear
yellow shoes
to heaven ,
Put all my thoughts
On lucky number seven,
Weather sunshine
Or wether rain
My cat Molly is driving
Me insane.
I once kissed the queen
Upon her ****
Won mastermind
Did not use a pass
I write this ****
Because I’m not
Mentally well
My grammar is ****
And i cannot smell.
I just wish we can all
Live in peace and
My humble abode
As a twenty year lease.
Sometimes I want to
Write good poetry
But that talent
Is not in me.

A voice came in from
the deep blue sea,
From a ghostly old
Sea dog lost at sea.,
I was to carry his voice
I was to be the host,
To find his lady who
Lived once on the rugged coast.
Many cliffs I willingly climbed
With a wide smile on my face,
Till I came to a graveyard
A sweet quaint old quiet place.
There was once his widow
His wonderful beautiful bride,
I relayed his voice to her
Now alongside her
he now resides.
When I visit the seaside
And look pleasingly out to sea,
The voice of the old sea dog
Says thank you to me.

Too my diddy men
Mark Bell Feb 26
All my disciples
Are eating
L S D trifles
Fred
Harry
Bill
And
Ben
Spaced out,
Thought they were
The Diddy men.
They followed me
Down the garden path
Those L S D trifles
We’re such a laugh.

Sad
Mark Bell Feb 26
Sad
Did not swim
Did not run
Didn’t dance
Had no fun.
Never knew
My father
Neither my mum,
Nor experience
The rays of the sun.
Did not know love
Did not know like
Didn’t even get
to ride a bike,
I wasn’t for this
Revolving earth
I was a new born
Died at birth.

Me or me
Mark Bell Feb 25
This freak of a person
Is beyond compare
It’s like dancing
With an electric chair
Has a personality
Thats rather taboo
****** scary
And well to do.
In a figure of speech
He has two heads
One very sweet
Thee other you’ll dread
Happenings around this
****** freak
Is quite exciting
never bleak.
Has many disguises
Rather vain
Is it me or me
Who is quite insane.

Cold shoulder
Mark Bell Feb 25
Needing to be heard
Sociably inept
Communication flaw
My words  have no depth,
I try to converse
You don’t hear what I say
It’s like having a script
But no where to play.
Words are like land mines
I’ll say the wrong thing
Then everything goes
Haywire and the
silence begins.
Then I think how
To put things right
I might as well have put
My head in a bucket of *****.
Then she says get your
Head out the ***** if you don’t
You won’t be having *** tonight.

My woman
Mark Bell Feb 25
My Spartan woman
Strong of heart
Very tenacious
Smile so bright
My Spartan woman
My guiding light.
Woman of power
Astute of brain,
She’s my shield
When the arrows rain.
My Spartan woman
The queen of love
Even the stars
Look in awe above,
Lots of respect
Hold high in esteem
My Spartan woman has O C D
And just wants to clean.

There’s a place
On top of the hill
Where they prescribe me
My happy pill,
Through revolving doors
And up the stairs
All those drugs
They like to share,
I need my dose
I need my pill
In that place
On top of the hill.
Men in white coats
Are keeping me afloat
All I am is a sinking boat.
Waters aren’t calm
A wall short of a brick
That place on the hill
We give me my fix.
I know I have
my scarred flaws
Everything goes away
Through those revolving doors.
Mark Bell Feb 24
Walking through
happiness
With a frog
on my head
Wearing a tutu
Thats slightly
bright red.
Our home was
A transit
Shaped like a *****
We were great
You should have
Seen us.
Stongingly proud
Stiff upper lip
The frog
In a bikini
And a Elvis quiff.
Then one day froggy
Ran of with a
Beautiful blonde
Got married and lives
In a romantic pond.
Me and my transit
Travelling all alone
Sitting talking to a traffic cone.

Who are you
Mark Bell Feb 24
You have no appeal
You’re a stupid ****
Okay Thats enough
I’ve gathered that.
Ease upon this
realism bit
It’s wearing me down
It don’t quite sit.
You despise me
Grotesquely wharped
Everything I do
I come up short.
I know it’s all a silly game
But when I look in
The mirror we are
The same.

Paradise
Mark Bell Feb 24
The promise land is calling
But I can’t help falling
The land of beauty
The land of hope
Im high on sunshine
So why am I swinging
From the end of this rope.
A spinning world
I need to depart
The promise land is calling
Is death really a new start.
Is there life after death
Im not sure
I don’t care
Paradise is freedom
from to much despair.

Parenting
Mark Bell Feb 24
Don’t say this
Don’t say that
Don’t touch this
Don’t touch that,
Is this a parent thing
Or just a terrible trap,
Sit up straight
Don’t slurp your tea
What ever they say
I shall not agree.
Smoking is bad
Alcohol is a sin
All this parenting
Thing is growing thin.
Mum and dad making
My life a
living hell
Im thinking of getting out
Explode and rebel
Got a slight problem
My sister agrees brother
She said your only three.

Mark Bell Feb 24
Created a world
just for me
Not for you
don’t you see,
Not letting you in
Your a parasite,
Your so twisted
Your just not right,
I know your beautiful
So voluptuous in red
But if I let you in
I will wind up dead.
Go away and
Leave me be
You are a beauty
But not for me,
Your to infectious
This is not your day
Im taking the pills
Now stay away.

Sweet mistake
Mark Bell Feb 23
There is a lady who
Lives in our street
Im hoping one day
That we shall meet,
Elegant in her style
With A fantastic smile
Then I asked her out
A night on the tiles.
We walked hand in hand
Down the strand
Then somebody shouted
She’s a man,
What this beauty long
In leg packing meat
With two sweet veg,
Carried on walking
Didn’t give a ****
A good looking man with
A pair of ****
Im not sure if that’s alright with me
But hey ** still it’s not every bodies
Cup of tea.

Aaaaah
Mark Bell Feb 23
Pretty amazing grace
Lived in a amazing place
A palace of luxury
Ostentatious abound
Always up and never down,
Pure and innocent
Whiter than snow
Always bubbly
With a loving glow,
An angel so beautiful
So heavenly divine
Even darkness bowed
And shined.
Then one day
We thought it would be fun
We played Russian roulette
And I think I won.

Love of my life
Mark Bell Feb 22
You’ve twisted
My mind
To a point
That I’m blind
Manipulated
Cajoled
In playing
Your role.
Im battered
And torn
Wishing you
We’re never born,
The love of my life
A nasty witch
Can’t wait to
Bury her in a ditch.

Troubled mind
Troubled soul
Troubled with anger
Troubled with cold
Troubled emotions
Troubled with love
We are mucked up
By all  of the above.
Trouble with me
Trouble with you
Two mucked up
Lovers without a clue.
Trouble with trouble
It sticks like glue
To erratic people
Like me and you.

Last journey
Mark Bell Feb 22
This proud train had
Fallen of the track,
Of to the scrap yard
No turning back,
Last trip in to town
Past the cathedral
With steeple
Then committed suicide
Buy throwing itself
In front of a cue of people.

Late night party
Mark Bell Feb 21
It was a
coldish night
When through
  the darkness
Came just a
flickering of light
A ghostly apparition
Started to appear
We went ****** cold
Frozen with fear.
It looked like it
Was out to have
Its ghoulish fun.
Bottom lip sank
We all turned
Which way and
Began to run.
I ran in hid
under
The bed
The other kids
Scarpered in panic
Nothing else was said.
It was my mum
Having some fun
With a  white
Bloodied sheet
Dressed as a skeleton.

There she stood
Woman of my
Haunted dreams
I couldn’t hold back
I had to scream.

It wasn’t fun
Meeting the wife’s
Skeleton
She did say to me
You’ll never be free
I’ll haunt you
You ******* for
Killing me.
I smiled and
Didn’t know what to say,
Something tells me she’s
Here to stay
It can be hours of
Creative fun
Living with the

Heart without love
Stars without space
An unused womb
is a lonely place.
Unspoken prose
An unwritten tune
Melodies without a stave
Who are you

Slowly to your grave.

Closing of your mind
Sadness of the darkness
Going blind
Being a member of the
Human race
Can be hell of a lonely place

Of fate,

Whoops
Mark Bell Feb 18
Into the valley
We ran with speed
Round the lake
Where the fishes feed
Down the footpath
Across the field
All this excitement
Didn’t get the appeal.
In my haste I had
Joined a race
Why was everybody
Running at a different pace.
At the end at the
finishing line,
Came in last now
That was fine.
I might have done better
If I had read the signs
Wasn’t my fault Im
Totally blind.

Me and me lover
We had a spat
I wanted a giraffe
She wanted a cat.
Not being reasonable
All said and done
So then I shot her
with my gun.

What’s done is done
Now in a human zoo
It’s not much fun.
Life in a second
can change in an act
Give me hindsight
Me having a laugh
Still stupid old me
Would have got a Giraffe.

They have big red shoes
Highly paid people
It’s a laugh what they do.
Changing the theatre of dreams
To the big top
Send in the clowns

His beloved United
Can it be saved.
If these clowns don’t know
What to do
Bring back the class of

The band
Mark Bell Feb 18
Me and my mates
We formed a band
Wrote some songs
And toured the land.
Songs were so so
The music was loud
Night by night
We got bigger crowds.
Went to far out places
Blew our  audiences away
We got tighter day by day.
Song after song
it did not stop
Even said no to
Top of the pops.
On TV having to mime
Always had been a
Musical crime.
Old grey whistle test
Wanted us on the show
So me and my mates
Gave it a go.
On that Saturday
We did arrive
To play our songs
On stage live
Bob Harris remembers
That day
when we
Blew the
BBC away.
Ups and downs
We took on the chin
Because we were - - -   - - - - - - -.

Fallen leaves

Travelling the path
Of dying embers
Memories faded
Diluted and gone
No more
grasp on life
withering
Away and done.
There’s only me
From my family tree
Leaves are sadly
Departed
Still I travel down
This path well
Not to
downhearted.
Still I keep on
Breathing
Taking in the air
I know when it’s
Time to go
When I reach the
Bottom of the stairs.

Combine harvester
Reaping  its yearly yield,
Murmuration of starlings

Sun is out and shines
Clouds have departed
And left the rain  behind.
Everything is bright tonight
The fullness of the moon
Stars seem to look bouncy
With their big red balloons.
The moon
The sun
and stars are
Having a cocktail party,
Drinks were served and
Cup cakes were ate
On through till morning
Just before the  day breaks.
The sun has a hangover
Not feeling very bright
Drank too much spirit
Not a pretty sight
Everything is dull today
The sun doesn’t want to play
Moon and stars have
Disappeared down the
Milky Way
