Grace
snow on pine
 Feb 21 zoe
Grace
come into me, like a snowflake on the pine
and I'll infuse my sappy kisses on your eyelids, love
and you'll become an emerald song in the wind

or crash into me like an icy wave in mid-November
and run your fingers between the spaces of rock on the breakwater,
chilling the birds.

Tumble into the fabric of my arms. Embroider your love into my skin.
Joy
Joy is calling your name
It’s a beautiful world
You set me free
Joy is calling
Beautiful, beautiful
Joy is calling your name
No more doubt
Sing about
Joy is a beautiful day
Worship you
It’s a beautiful world
You set me free
You cleaned these messes
Joy is calling

Eve
amidst snowy meadows and frosty twigs
midnight shadows
your skin is winter kissed
i long to taste your icy lips

in midnight shadows
i see you white
in midnight shadows
a man of ice

Hazel charms
 Feb 21 zoe
Eve
forests green embrace my mind
the harsh branches look soft from the meadows behind
in fleeting moments birds shadows pass
and the trees move,
a hypnotizing dance
a melody’s whispering from afar
“the deeper the trees go the deeper they are”
i’ll try and listen to the songbirds warn
not to get lost in your hazel charms

Eve
You came to me in my dream,
dressed in shiny red and seeds
and for a second
i forgot all about my needs,
your language was something man can’t speak
and your shape was simply just a lead,
in reality you rest on my chest
by my beads

Neither too serious
nor too frivolous-

neither too optimistic
nor too pessimistic-

neither too spendthrift
nor too deep in thrift-

neither too trusting
nor too mistrusting -

neither over-eating
nor under-eating-

neither too confident
nor too diffident -

neither too ambitious
nor being unambitious -

neither over-planning
nor under-planning-

neither too careful
nor being a reckless fool-

this above serves as the Golden Rule
