What could we be
if we gave us just one try
one kiss, one dance

If I confessed my love

The words escape me
when I try writing them down
as if the art of poetry
has become a dead language to me

gone out like a light
leaving me alone

My creativity
slipped out of my grasp
faded away

I cry out into the shadows
begging for help
to restore to me my muse
to turn on the light

But my cries are mute
gone unheard
as silence takes over

So i can never write another word

You infectious parasite

a video game
and made me believe
the lies that spewed from your lips

Now my heart
is slowly dying
from the disease

If you wanted me dead
you should have made it quick
instead of loving me
and making me sick

slowly shuffling my feet
its finally that time
