You judge my color I judge your accent
Either way I think we’re both right
You think my color makes me dark inside
I think your accent makes you worst outside
So it ends with you and I in a fight.

Why do we seek flaws in this God-made beauty?
If my color makes me stronger
And your accent makes you wiser
Don’t you think it makes a team whose strength is broader
And it sure will please Him if we held hands and walk together ?

Why think me less human
While I see you more of a beast?
When you and I are equal before Him
Because when God made man and gave him his image,
Carefully crafted to perfection, much to His pleasing

So it is not about how I see you or what you think of me
But it’s about how the Father sees us.
He came and bled on our cause
Making obvious why He chose to die on the Cross.
It's crazy that sometimes we are quick to forget what makes us complete, which is the unity found in our diversity. Our differences should not be the reason for differences among us rather, it should bind us to each other.
Should I wake up, or should I not?
Reality weighs lighter in my sleep of no thought
Oh that what I see would be but mere dreams
Then sleep would be sweet and not a mirage like it seams

Should I get up, or should I not?
What makes it my business when my hand is not sought?
Here in my comfort zone it feels more than home
Why should I take a stand when I can’t change the Norm?

Should I speak up, or should I not?
I wonder if they need to be told things of this sort
It may be I posterity awaits to make the truth sound
And if they heard it once then it is I who should make it resound
Sometimes we are often caught in between the choice of whether to take a stand and be the change we desire to see or just remain in our comfort zone, especially when it appears we have not stake in the change... This motivation came at a point in my life when I needed to take a stand in the middle of opposition.
If I could say just one thing to you
[and believe me, I am]
I would tell you to stop looking "out there".
I would tell you that you have everything you need.
I would tell you that you are everything you need.
Nobody can add anything to that.
and be **** sure, nobody can take anything away.

But you must share yourself with those around you:
your body, your mind, your words, your heart.
They are not for the PICKING. They are not for the TAKING.
They are for the sharing.
They are for someone to enjoy with you.
But lovely lovely love stop looking, please!
Release the pressure, drop the anxiety, ignore the stress.
It does not serve you.
It is merely in your head,
not in your bones.
Not in your flesh.
There is no "doing" in worrying.
There is only worrying.
And beautiful, that's not you.

If I could tell you one thing it would be this:
There are no rules that you do not make for yourself.
There is no time that you must do anything,
only times when you can do something.
Just opportunities that cyclically arise and fall away before you.
Did you miss one? That's ok.
Will another one come? Of course it will.
Let things come of their own accord
and you will end up happier than you could have dreamed.

There's nothing on the other side of that door.
In fact, you've already been there. You're there right now.
There is no lock holding you back.
No lock keeping everything from you.
You've got a pocket full of keys, and no locks.

Oh, if you'd only let me tell you,
I'd tell you everything in the world is alive in you.
But nothing matters, if you do not believe it.
