Stumble through this place
Claim it as your base
Make it look like a disgrace
Waste more of our time
Weaponize your words
Shout them in every direction
Then expect a loyal herd
Tell us all of your lies
Never know an objection
Rig every election
Lie to our face
I ask,
Why me?

When I see the old man,
sitting by my side.

An old man with a notebook,
listening to my monologue.

Saying,
that I am the one who's wrong,
for complaining about life.

But he doesn’t know
what it means to live in my skin,
to be the echo of a scream
no one wants to hear.

And I care,
because I’ve always
been the one who's wrong.
i weigh twenty-one
and three tenth grams
so why does moving
feel so heavy?

like a dog tied to a tree
all i can do is bark
but no one can
hear me scream

why am i trapped
in a suit of flesh
if i am destined
to leave it?
Oh me! Oh life! of the questions of these recurring...
As long as you're here,
as long as this works in its own way,
I'll keep taking
the hits,
the sips,
the bites.

Because you're the kind of substance
that makes me want to write,
contemplate life,
and feel the ache.
i have my little friend she means the world to me
without my little friend i will never be
angel is her name she is always there
and i love so i take her everywhere

she is my best friend loyal and so true
if she wasnt there dont know what i would do

all the world to me and i love her so

best friend in the world there will always be
my angel and my rock she belongs to me
i wouldnt be with out her shes my everything
a friendship for a lifetime she will always bring

A POEM FOR A SPECIAL FRIEND
I feel the caress of the evenings
Moonlight as much as we feel
Together alone
The sighs of candles
And the crescent grooves
Of jazz,
Within
the robes of romance
And serenades

As we reminisce
With the Sunflowers rain
Of all the exquisite women
Our love sweetly adores

Reynaldo Casison
When your sighs
Has become roses
Our love shall be
A bouquet of heavenly stars
That ease our sorrows
For the exquisite and giddy flowers
Of sweeter tomorrows

Reynaldo Casison
I gazed at my iris tears
Like one gazes at evening stars
And midnight moons
And deeply sighed
Caress my love
Like the Summer breezes
Caresses Sunflowers
vineyards and Roses
And become
a honey flowing fountain

Reynaldo Casison
