I fall to the ground
In a family of seeds.
Lying in the soil
Nature meeting my needs

Coming to life
Through the ground I will breach
Growing so fast
To the sun I must reach

On top of my stem
A bud it did form
Soon it will open
The weathers so warm

The time has come
For me to put on a show
I'm going to bloom
And let everyone know

My color is yellow
Like a lemon so sour
Never have I been
Such a beautiful flower

I smell so sweet
A magnet to bees
Just to get a smell
Humans fall to their knees

Soon my flower fades
The show coming to an end
Please don't be sad
It's just nature my friend

Then jack frost sneaks in
Not making a sound
Freezing my body
All the way to the ground

The snow it does fall
Quietly covering everything
Such a wonderful blanket
I think I'll nap till spring

My tears have long dried
my emotions were fried
I just wanted to hide
you shouldn't have lied
it's been months since I cried
three  years since you died
I was never your **bride

Though many criticize me, I will endure the scorn. When my attempts to help are mocked, I will carry on. When the world refuses to help and my burdens are more than I can bear, I will find the strength to stand up again. As the Willow tree stand in defiance of the storm, so will stand in defiance of adversity. To mend fences and usher in freedom, even at great personal cost. I will bend and not break, no matter what is put upon me.

Hurt and pain.
There's much to gain.
Peace and love.
It's all the same.
Confusion and doubt.
We're not without.
We weep, we cry.
We plead, we try.
We laugh, we smile.
Only to be hurt
by one last trial.
Life is a lesson,
so learn it well.
Maybe, one day,
you can tell it's tale.

As time goes by we realise that only a few things matter in life. We realise that being liked by everyone is not possible so its not something to take as an ambition,we come to learn that trends are just trends.  And that self love is not selfishness,
Its something we all deserve.
