THE URGE

Oh, the urge to leave this place and go so far
They won't find me even after searching half of the world.
The urge to hold somebody by their neck and hug them
Until the shattered pieces of my heart rejoin
And the remaining ones are thrown out by my tears.

The urge to be loved so, so deeply
That I will forget the entire world for that one person.
The urge to be loved like I do.
The urge to be known as the kindest human being.

The urge to fall on Shree Krishna's feet
And put his hand on my head.
The urge to be the best, to beat the entire world.
The urge to make my parents proud.
The urge to make my grandparents proud.

The urge to let go of people.
The urge to go silent.
The urge to leave everything behind.
The urge to keep my closest people close to my heart.

The urge to make the world like it was.
The urge to hold back tears when it's not supposed to fall.
The urge to become God's maid.
The urge to love myself a little more.
An urge to live, just once.
It's basically on person who wants to be the best but was never accepted by her own
