🌺 “She Is Summer”

Lace like innocence,
but she’s no fool.
A smile that tempts,
a glance that rules.

Sunlight kisses
her honey-gold skin,
But it’s the fire beneath
that draws you in.

She walks like July —
bare legs, bold heart,
Soft on the outside,
a storm at the start.

She laughs in the breeze,
wild, uncontained,
Too free for a frame,
too real to be tamed.

She doesn’t chase seasons,
she becomes the heat,
Every glance is a rhythm,
every step — a heartbeat.

Elegant, cheeky,
sweet with a twist,
The kind of girl
you’re scared to have missed.

So here she stands —
sun-drenched and true,
Dressed like the view,
but far more than ?
The sun shines
And takes the pain away
Brightens up a dull dark day
Warms the cockles of your heart
With a bright blue sky
And no clouds in the way
I think it’s gonna be a lovely day!

i listen in
to the whisper of the trees-
like a silence that the earth
can’t quite hold,
words that try to be secrets
kept between the land and the sky
but the wind grips my sap-stained palms
and the branches reach into my soul
like bones crawling out of a grave
and into the air
quietly
but there.

In the garden, roses bloom,
Casting shadows, scenting gloom,
Petals whisper, colors gleam,
In their beauty, lies a dream.

Life's grand tale in blooms unfolds,
Each rose a story softly told,
From bud to blossom, swift to fade,
In their essence, truth displayed.

Thorns remind of trials faced,
Yet in pain, pure grace is traced,
Life, like roses, sweet and brief,
Balanced between joy and grief.

Morning dew and evening light,
Kiss the roses, pure delight,
Cycles spin, time flows and flows,
In each moment, wisdom grows.

In their fragrance, love resides,
In their bloom, all time abides,
Roses teach us, life is this –
A fleeting, fragrant, tender kiss.

Lets go on a date to the graveyard
see all the lovers there;
entwined in eternal love.

We too one day, may,
together lay there,
betrothed in dust

For we know
tis until death
and then we let each other go.
